In an official statement later that evening, BIGHIT MUSIC clarified that Huening Kai experienced “a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion” during the concert, prompting him to leave early to focus on recovery. According to the statement, the idol is currently resting, with his well-being prioritized as he aims to recover in time for the next two nights of TXT’s encore shows on November 2 and 3.
Despite his determination to return to the stage, BIGHIT MUSIC stated that Huening Kai’s participation would depend on his condition and that they would take a flexible approach to ensure his health is safeguarded. They emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting his swift recovery so he can reunite with fans as soon as possible.

We would like to update you on the status of Huening Kai’s health condition and his participation in “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL.”
On November 1st (Friday), during the first day of the “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL,” Huening Kai experienced a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion and was unable to continue performing. He is currently resting and focusing on recovery.
Although the artist is very determined to participate in the future shows, we will prioritize his health and flexibly adjust his participation based on his condition. We kindly ask for MOA’s understanding.
